The color-coded paper and division by what needs to be done to each tooth helped me to "crunch the numbers" at home and figure out how best to proceed with my dental care over the next several months. The exam was thorough, Dr. Ince explained everything very clearly, and everyone in the office was incredibly nice and professional. This may sound funny, but your office doesn't have that typical "dentist office" smell which tends to freak me out from bad experiences I had as a child. I enjoyed looking out the window, watching the birds , and having my back massaged in the chair. All those things reduced my stress level a great deal. "I loved the relaxing jazzy music that was played in the waiting room area, but it was a little bit on the loud side. Also, I wanted to place my car keys on the beautiful little brown table in the waiting room, but was afraid I'd scratch the table (everything is so nice and new looking). I was looking around for some women's magazines or entertainment magazines, but only found a couple of men's fashion magazines. That was odd. I've never seen men's fashion magazines in a doctor's office...it's been more entertainment, news, goodhousekeeping type magazines. And I had to ask what the big MAC computer was for since I did not see a sign on it to say what it was for. The TV could also use a sign to let patients know they can feel free to change the channel just in case they bring young childen and there is something they'd rather not have their children see that was on (soaps, shows with surgeries, gossip shows, etc). One thing that was inconvenient is the phone call after I have made an appointment that is asking me to call and confirm the appointment. The place was gorgeous and relaxing.
